This story owns me! it's still spining in my head over and over again, making me all swoony and dizzy from whole range of emotions I felt during the reading.
N9ne book is a crazy ride where you can't even figure out what's coming up on the next page. I loved whole suspense package in the plot with dark, gritty and raw Mc's world. It had me sitting on pins and needles the entire time.

When is motorcycle club involved, there has to be dangerous and sexy tattooed hero with devilish smirk. That was Kevin Clearwater but he hadn't always been this way. At young age his life was a cruel nightmare. He went a long road to become who he was now.
Lenny was a smart young woman. Even though she struggled with some issues, she stayed strong. She had everything in her life but at one point ruthless faith kept on pulling rug form under her feet.
This is only the beginning of the dark and amazing story and it's more twisted that you could ever imagine because their life is like one tricky bastard.

I can truly say that it was also hot steamy romance and chemistry between main heroes was explosive like a fireworks. The angst and tension was out of the charts and it made me feel so thrilled.

I couldn't and didn't want to put this book down because I felt like at home with all the characters from the entire King's series. If you've read books from this series already, you will be pleased to find them here. 

There is nothing better than T.M Frazier dark MC stories. If you're new to this author, you can read Nine as a standalone but it's recommended to read the entire King series to truly understand it.

I look up into his dark eyes. “This is a dangerous game of cat and mouse we’re playing.” 

“More like a game of cat and bird,” he corrects.

I straighten my posture, my nipples grazing his hard chest. “And we all know how that turns out in the end. The cat eats the bird.” 

Nine lightly scrapes his nails over my bare arms before pressing them into my skin. I gasp at the slight bite of pain. “No, the pretty bird swoops down from nowhere and sinks her sharp talons into the cat, marking him for life.”

Since I've heard that Laurelin Page working on  Celia Werner story, I was impatiently awaiting for it. I love every book from this author and she has never disappointed me with any. I was so curious how she will lead the plot with heroine which I literally hated from Fixed series. I thought I was ready for this story but OMG I was definitely not. This book shocked me, penetrated into my core and moved my emotions so deep that I'm trying to collect my thoughts afterwards. 

Slay: Rivalry is first book in Slay Quartet series. It is hot steamy suspense romance with big age gap and angst between main heroes. The plot started a little bit slowly but it's necessary to truly get to known complex character as Celia Werner is. I was glad that author written Slay from her POV. I could finally learn her thoughts and feelings and almost  forgave her a little bit for her evil past and games she was playing but my emotions toward her stayed mixed. Don't get me wrong, she was very strong and assertive heroine but sometimes in this story I felt pity for her and also didn't understand her actions but I knew that everything she was doing has a purpose She was beautiful, wealthy woman, confident and independent but she was lost in her world and didn't know what she really wanted at this point of her life. 

When she met Edward Fasbender I thought she met her equal. His attitude screamed power, wealth and dominance. He was also very handsome Alfa male, arrogant and distant but as I got deeper into the story I witnessed his other side. He has little kinky secret which made Edward more attractive and thrilling.  He offered her a proposal which would change her life forever, but is she going to take it? Is it going to be her greatest or the final GAME? Or maybe it's going to be something unexpected?

This story is pure sensation, it's next best of the best from Laurelin Page. You don't have to read the whole Fixed story to get this one. It's a fantastic new plot which will blow your mind and knock you out off your feet. The end of book#1 leave you with huge cliffhanger and hangover and I have no clue what's coming. I'm addicted to the plot and don't know how I will survived until the next part.

Sitting like this, on the arm of the chair, his back straight, we were practically the same height. It occurred to me that this was the closest we’d ever been to having equal footing, and somehow that made me both heady and encouraged.

I reached out to rub the collar of his shirt between my thumb and forefinger, my breath stuttering under the thick weight of apprehension, my mouth watering from how close I was to touching his skin. This close, I could smell the liquor on his breath and the musky scent of his cologne and the fainter scent underneath of pure man.

“Tell me your requests.” Was it my imagination or did his voice suddenly seem darker? Less steady?

“There’s only one.” I leaned in until my lips were near his ear. “I want to add sex to the deal.”  

He made a sound low in his throat, half like a laugh, half like a moan. “What, now?”

He turned his face toward mine, and now our mouths were only inches away from touching. I could feel the warmth of his exhale on my skin, sending a trail of goosebumps down my arms.

“Now, sure.” Fuck, I was wet already. “But I meant in the marriage, too.”

His lips danced around mine. “You don’t know what you’re asking for. You want to be humiliated, degraded, and hurt?”

Yes.

Because that was the goal of The Game.

But, also, YES!

Because, in that moment, there was nothing more I could imagine wanting than to be all those things, to be humiliated and degraded and hurt, by him. I wanted it so much I ached. TheFallenGenesis by Author Tillie Cole is the introduction to the very dark and gritty series, DeadlyVirtues, about 7 boys with damaged souls.

Yes, I can truly say that there is a lot of darkness in the story. It's devilishly good, deliciously dark and it moved my emotions to the surface.Even if it's so dark and scary novel with enormous amount of violent, I loved the entire plot which dragged me deeper and deeper into the story. Author had a great and well thought idea and knew how to lead this story in very interesting manner. I have many dark emotional triggers which I try to avoid in books and I was afraid I'd not handle so much evil but I found the plot shockingly interesting and now I want more of this tale.

I won't tell you details about this story except that seven badass heroes coming our way and we're going to hate to love them. Seven boys became a men and each one of them is different and have demons inside their own souls. I already have my fav, who's mysterious story makes me eager to read and I'm impatiently awaiting for it.

Joseph watched helplessly as James moved from his place against the far wall toward a boy on a chair on the opposite side of the room. A boy who had slim knives embedded in his arms and legs—a human pin cushion.
Joseph shivered as he recalled his brother’s expression a moment ago as he’d sat and stared at the knives he had sliced into the boy’s flesh. James, the sadistic voyeur of his own work. Joseph’s nervous eyes landed on his brother’s target. The boy was bound with ropes, and a washcloth was stuffed into his mouth, silencing his cries.
Luke.
Fear flooded Joseph’s body. Luke, the boy who had been intent on bullying James since the age of eight. The boy who would spit at James’s feet when they walked by. The boy who call him weird, a goth, a psychopath who rarely spoke. His taunts were endless. Joseph didn’t think the verbal bullets had ever hit their target . . . until he’d found a pad of paper hidden underneath James’s bed. A pad of paper showing in graphic detail what James wanted to do to Luke.
Tie him up.
Cut his flesh.

Joseph thrashed on the bed, fighting the binds James must have placed him in while he slept. “James, listen to me,” Joseph said as he helplessly watched his brother slowly push his blade into Luke’s shoulder. Luke’s chair almost fell as he screamed into the washcloth, the fabric absorbing his cry. But James didn’t even flinch. Joseph’s stomach clenched when the blood started to pour from Luke’s shoulder as James carefully extracted the blade.

Meagan Brandy once again nailed it with this story and made my reader soul squirm with an excitement. Goosebumps were present constantly on my skin during the reading and I savored every word she's written.

5 stars is not enough for this book because there has to be bigger scale for the most anticipated and the best series of this year. Yeah this year! I can say it with no doubt and no one will stop me ....some Raven vibes😉

When Arc of Trouble at Brayshaw appeared on my Kindle I dropped everything and dived into #inmyreadingheaven. We're heading back to the place where first part of Boys of Brayshaw High ended. Raven and The Boys standing in the middle of big...no... huge troubles with so many traps hiding behind the corner. From the beginning author won't leave us without fast pace action and jaw dropping twists and turns in the story. Meagan Brandy revealed "firecrackers" in every chapter and I was gasping for breath with all those revelation. It was like pure cocktail of emotions which my mind can drink all the time. My heart was fast racing because so many things were happening and it's impossible to put this book down. Every chapter brought something new and unexpected to the story.

 Raven Carver, our fearless Queen. Oh, how I missed her defiant attitude and sassy mouth. She is still impulsive, fierce and uncontrolled by no one. She has had fought a battle with everyone around defending the boys but deep down she had her own battle to face. My heart was aching once again around her past and everything she went through.

Boys OMG, I love them together and every one apart. Loyalty Honor and Protectiveness that's what they care about but foremost they care about Raven, who's btw challenged them every day. Maddoc, Captain, Royce and Raven. Four of them were deepening their special bond and I'd not replace any of them. Each one brought something special to the story and I was falling in love once again with them. Big Man and ReaRea are my fav. Their connection evaluated and both of them were still trying so hard to find each other in this new position, called relationship. Their chemistry was out of the charts and I was waiting eagerly for  hot steamy scenes.  

  There were also many supporting characters from the previous book and also new, who's perfectly completed and mixed up whole story line. Meagan Brandy enchanted me with this story. There are so many great thoughts in this book and I was trying to make a highlight but then I realized that almost whole book was shining like christmas tree. So many dialogues made me laugh, shocked me and was melting my heart.

Trouble at Brayshaw book enlighten some of mysteries in the plot but a lot stayed untold. So many theories appears in my head but I don't have a clue which way author will lead us in the next part. This book will leave you with a huge hangover and this story will be hard to replace. Enjoy.
